Looks to be a middle of the range VF. As for retoning "nicely" secondary toning on most coins turns out dark, blotchy, and fairly unattractive. That's why so many of them get dipped over and over as owners try to achive magic.

 

Don't let my comments on retoning make you think I don't like your coin. I do.

 

If interested, it is an example of the B-2 die marriage currently rated as R-2 (common).
