My own opinion on grade is a pristine VF-25.

other than that little rim ding above "states" on the rev. this is a pretty nice example of a vf 20, but i don't know how much NGC would take the ding into consideration. nice coin

mid range vf with above average surfaces, color and eye appeal

A very nice half dime. This coin shows it's age with grace and original surfaces. I agree with VF25.
