It's actually a wee bit cloudy but has good cameo contrast.

It's a beauty that I would grade PF63CAM from those images.

This coin deserves and demands proper conservation! I think there's a chance at a CAMEO designation. As michael opined, and I agree, looks like an old dip has gone a little awry. PF-63 or better?

This baby is a beaut. Although it's "scritchy-scratchy"! sorry James had to steal one of your trademarks! but still, I believe it to be as graded, PR63, in an old "rattler" PCGS of course! The fields are a bit cloudy, and maybe due to an old dipping gone bad. I think I like it where it resides, but do believe it would go cameo by today's standards. Thanks for the input guys.
