SOLD $$$ Series 1988A Rare Web Note $1 bill

Not many were made. These web notes are very difficult to find especially the 1988 series.since they are 22 years old and the Treasury has destroyed the worn notes every couple years.

 

Bill is in AU condition. Scarcity index on this is 1. Which is the most scarce on a scale of 5. Experiment by the treasury that went wrong. Bill is nice and bright and very crisp. No tears or folds. Has the rare 7 on the back.
