Possibly for a number, but it looks AT to me, 80% sure. Maybe 62-64 range?

I am almost 100% sure that is AT.

Wow, it looks like severe sulphuric exposure! I think it's MS-something, but would get a "details only" grade due to questionable toning.

I agree with everyone here that the coin is artificially toned, but even if were legitimate toning, it isn't very attractive. Furthermore, even if it were blast white, the coin appears to be lower end MS at best (hard to tell from the images) so the coin wouldn't be worth the money IMHO.

Sad because the 1890 is a tough coin to find nice. This one was once very nice.
