I would say that's a very attractive EF+, and I'll guess you paid about $3 for it.

I would say between VF-35 and XF-45.

The coin has AU sharpness, but from the picture it does not seem to have any mint luster. If that's the case the best it could be is AU-50. If there is mint luster, it could go as high as AU-55.
