The coin is an 1826 British Farthing depicting King George IV.

There were two obverse designs, this one, the Laureate Head and a harder to find Bald Head bust design.

The obverse legend is GEORGIUS IIII DEI GRATIA (George by the Grace of God)

The reverse design is a seated Britannia holding a shield and trident with a lion at the feet.

The reverse legend is BRITANNIAR: REX: FID: DEF: (King of the Britains, Defender of the Faith).
