Unless your photos are deceptive, ANACS was way off. Are you sure that this is the correct certificate for this coin (and not another coin)?

Then to hell with the ANACS cert, send it to NGC! I can't in my right mind see that under MS-63, and I firmly believe that's 64+, again unless pictures are misleading.
