Cool item. I was raised 10 minutes from Port Jefferson in Stony Brook.

 

Back in the 1960's Port Jeff was a pretty tough little town. It was run down and houses were cheap.

 

During the 1990's the town spent a lot of money and really fixed the place up. These days it's restaurants and shopping are first rate, and housing values have soared.
