Bottom of pic's out of focus, but a 63 perhaps 64...

Photos look like they were taken under different lighting/exposure. Solid strike as usual for an 80-S. There looks to be some bag marks in the field in front of Liberty. Best guess is MS64.

Looks like it may have had a mild dip. Is that debris by the stars in front of portrait? Cheek looks to have lost some luster. For an S strike it looks to be lacking a little hair detail above the ear, but that could be just an older die. Nice coin, but I would pass on sending it in.

I'd say MS-64, assuming that the surfaces are orginal or have been dipped properly. The color looks odd in the photo, which is the reason for my reservations. I'd say that there is a 98% chance that the surfaces on the coin are okay.
