NGC launches fully interactive PDF submission form for NGC Authorized Dealers and Collectors Society Members.

Starting December 9, 2009, subscribing members of the Collectors Society and NGC Authorized Dealers will have a new option for preparing an NGC submission form online, the new Interactive PDF Submission Form. NGC has designed a PDF version of the standard NGC submission form that can be filled out online and then printed.

We encourage all customers to try this new format submission form, even for larger submissions. Filling out the form online automatically calculates submission fees owed to NGC (applying appropriate discounts) and return shipping charges. It also automatically generates the requisite number of copies for printing. Since the form is nearly identical to the paper form that NGC supplies, customers can also elect to print a form and complete it by hand.

The link to this submission form is located on the member homepage. Clicking the link will open the form in a new window. Every PDF form that is generated through the link on the member homepage has a unique invoice number for submission tracking. Since a new form can be generated anytime by returning to your member page, please do not save and re-use forms. As with the current online submission form, no charges are applied to your account until your coins are received. It is therefore important that full payment information be visible on at least one copy of the form to be included with the submission.

Since we want to make the submission process as easy and enjoyable as possible, we welcome any feedback about the new PDF submission form. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact NGC at 1-800-NGC-COIN or service@NGCcoin.com

hm I wonder how secure this is? I wonder what happens when it is used on older version of the Adobe client that is known to have bugs that could be infected which allows for phishing attacks? Has the form been malware scanned? I'm nervous about these things!

What is different about this system as opposed to the one I have been using for some time which allows me to submit the coins and figures the cost and discounts etc and prints out copies to NGC and one for myself as well as number labels?

If I want an extra copy for myself then I just put it in my scanner and send it to my printer.

It is faster to fill out the PDF version. I love it!!

The older version you have to save every line and then the page has to reload.

Here just open the link and open it up and you see the difference.

How do you adjust for your 5 free coupon?

You can't account for your coupon. You can however hand write on the form "coupon" and if you are only sending 5 coins, include only the fees for optional services and shipping.
