I know that there is no way to tell about all the varieties for all of the coins but, does anyone know if there are any discovered for the 09ss?

Yes there have been.

 

A DDR-001 was found on the 2009-S Formative Years Lincoln.

Given the number of coins produced on a proof die vs the number produced on a business strike die, these will be much more scrace than the current Lincoln Formative Years Business Strike coins.
