This coin was graded by ICG as MS60, really don't understand the grading as ICG grades all the blank planchets as MS60 because they have no surface but PCGS grades them differently.

BTW Ebay really qualified me as a power seller, I told my wife I think they lowered their standards, she said she did the same thing when she married me lol.
