Help with PCGS graded 1875 Shield nickel .. Please

Hi all .. i am interested in this coin but i am not a PCGS member so i cannot check this coin out to see if it is legitimate or not also i seem not to recognize the blue paper label

 

also i can see quite a few marks on the coin and i was wondering if PCGS have graded it correctly ??

Yea, the coin looks okay, but if you have maybe $200 you could do better. I wholesaled a piece in an NGC MS-63 for $160 at the FUN show that ran circles around this one.

It seems decent for the grade to me.

 

From personal experience, in this grade range, I would not buy a certified coin when an uncertified coin can probably be had for 25% less.

PCGS has changed the label several times. This blue label was used for a while. I think Conder has an old thread at PCGS that says how long each slab and label were used.
