The coin looks like an Unc. to me. I can't see any reason to say that it has been cleaned. As for a number (Sheldon) grade, that does not really apply here because it is a foreign coin.

If I were to throw out a grade, I would say MS64. I dont see any wear or any cleaning either. The uneven color and scattered ticks would likely cause it to miss gem grade.

As a foreign coin collector in the past, the "look" of your coin reminds me of many an UNC I would get from Littleton Coin Company years ago. I think its color is legit and would grade 63-64.
