This is a very rare natonal banknote. This bank only issued small size notes notes. A fantastic Cape Cod banknote with a serial number 1 to boot. One of the states most desirable small size banknotes. Grades an original XF. Yes it did circulate. Makes me speculate that the #1 sheet was not kept. This suggests that this may be the only serial number 1 to ever appear from this rare small size only charter.

 

Price is $5500 firm. Priced to sell.
