..help with a German coin please

Hi all .. we have just had a coin auction on saturday in Newcastle and .. if you had some cash you could do very well .. i purchased 24 lots out of 26 i was bidding on and all bar 6 of them i got for less then the starting price !!! LONG LIVE THE RESESION :cloud9:

 

i have started going through the "LARGE" lot i purchased and found this:

 

I have pinned it down to KM# 27 Weimar republic Mark coinage 1922-1923 50 Pfenning made of aluminum but i am having trouble with the mint mark !!!

the coin is dated 1922 and the mint mark seems to be a C and a E.. can anyone explain this for me .. cheers
