I think I have this Roman coin identified-ID confirmed

I pretty sure it's a Otacilia Severa, sestertius, RIC IV (208a) but the reverse is not as readable as the obverse. The only letters I can make out for sure on the reverse is "AE" in the 3 o'clock position. Does the 208a ID the reverse or tail of the coin? If so could it be a 198a?

The coin is not in good condition. Is it worth anything? Pat

The obverse or head of the coin is a scan. For some reason Photobucket wouldn't accept my photo of the coin. Kept saying it was an invalid file.
