Yeah,I was 99% sure. I came across this on Ebay today. With 2 1/2 hours remaining it's at $47.05.

Absolutely horrible color. I would not pay more than a dollar for that coin, and would probably just spend it (no kidding).

I don't care for the color. I can't say it's AT as I don't have much experience with toned copper. It just doesn't "look" right to me.

Not that has definately been AT'd! I wish NGC would learn how to tell those apart from the NT coins.

NGC does know how to tell an artificial from a natural tone on different coins, they are professionals and it is their job to keep manipulated colors out of plastic holders.
