The obverse at 7:00 is a reflection of a scuff mark.

The reverse is flatly struck.

I bought this as a MS-60

The pic is kind of fuzzy, which may hide some bag marks we would ideally be able to see. I'd say 62 based on what I can see.

I have looked at this one a couple times and every time I look at it I think it looks buffed..

 

I'm not trying to be contrary it just doesnt look right to me..
