Guess the grade on this toned roosie

A recent purchase. From the pics provided, I would like to know what you think the grade is? I will show the grade later in the post.

Yes the first Image was from Shane, AKA Krypto-man. Which I think he did a wonderful job of showing the colors! (thumbs u My pics need work, about the best I can do with my outdated camera.

 

I'm curious to what others think as I don't agree with the holder grade.
