New PCGS "Star" designation?

I don't have a lot of newer PCGS slabs, but I noticed a star sticker on a dime that I bought a while back-what does this signify(if anything)? It would be easy to peel off so I imagine it is just some kind of candy dressing someone put on the holder. Following is a pic of the coin holder:

It's not from PCGS. Many dealers (and collectors) put all kinds of stickers on slabs. Some use stickers for inventory, general information about the coin, etc.
