Is it doubling or artifact of image and airtite?

Took picture last night, edited picture today at work. During edit looks as if it is doubled but I think it is a trick with the light, camera, and airtite. What do you think?

Its an artifact of lighting - The cameo contrast is reflecting off the mirrored field

Lighting is at a slight angle

 

 

Scotts Is different because his is a MS coin with no reflective surface.
