The biggest coin minted by Royal Australian Mint

i have recently read about the bigest coin isuued by the Royal Australian Mint. They copied circulating $1 coin by creating the same coin that is 400 times bigger. it is a commemorative coin wich was placed in front of a group of young people who

opened the memorial feast. the diameter is so big. you can see it on the picture.

Is it actually a coin? Seems like it's just a model - looks to be made out of square blocks rather than 1 solid piece.
