1959 Franklin 50C NGC64 Prooflike Looks like a Proof.

Recently graded.

 

This coin has superb and highly reflective surfaces. At first glance, it looks like a proof, but on closer inspection, the coin is mintstate. 100% blast white. Only 3 have been graded in this date and less than 10 PL's in all grades in the Franklin series.
