Hi all just won a lot of coins on eBay and i am having problems with the 100 Mon coin can anyone help ?

Probably copper, Tenpo-Tsuho (1835-69). Hundreds of millions were cast.

 

A very clear picture of the other side would be needed for an expert to identify the variety, and whether it was made for use in Okinawa, Tosa, Morioka, or elsewhere, from the calligraphy. confused-smiley-013.gif
