New NGC slab ? & more 1971 questions (sorry)

Hi all

 

a couple of things i have come across lateley on eBay

 

the first is a NGC slab i have never seen before ..Any information please !!

 

 

the second is a $ which is trading for "Good" money at the moment which i have seen no information on but for what the seller is saying in his discription.

The first image I believe shows the type of "slab" so to speak that NGC uses when the certify a mint set, proof set, GSA Peace, etc. in their original packaging if requested by the submitter.

 

The FEP is new to me as well, time to go hunting through my Ike's I guess.
