Hey all.

What would you say about this IHC? Sorry the pic isn't better but I had to tilt the coin just a bit in order not to show glare from the holder. I do not know what the slight stain(for a lack of a better term) across the face is, but it truly does not show up in hand as it does in the photo. Thanks.
