Unopened Proof sets?

Those little sparkles you see in the photo are the flow lines. They are hard to see but with the right light they will show up. Once i remove them all they go straight in a flip. Some coins may have a haze, on those ill just do a fast dip and rinse and wipe them clean with a micro fiber cloth as these dont ever scratch them and leave no lint behind ect.

I would advise against wiping a coin with anything, not even a microfiber cloth. They're notorious for picking up lint, dust, etc... then scratching whatever you wipe with them. They're certainly not frictionless, and I'm willing to bet that some of your coins have hairlines because of the wipes you give them.

It is rare that i do it but when i do i check the coin before and after to make sure it didnt scratch it and it never has yet. Of course i dont do it hard or anything.
