Hypothetically,  if all the errors I stated were correct, would this coin be of any value?

Thanks Sandon and just bob. Very very helpful and much appreciated info. My apologies for the grainy pics. Those are the best pics I can send at the moment. Both sides have faint lettering all around the coin. The 8 in the date is hardly visible as well as one cent which is more faint closest to the edge. The die clash seems as though the coin was struck multiple times. It's been struck so many times, that it's difficult to see unless you've got the coin in front of you. Anyhow I really appreciate the feed back I received from the last two members. That's exactly what makes a new comer feel welcome. As far the lame replies from the rest of you, thanks for absolutely nothing. You were of no help. You'd have been been of more help not replying.

The sitting Lincoln isn't doubled? what is the impression in the column to the left of Lincoln in the memorial? Look, I don't have an issue with being wrong in regards to the errors, but when there's something as obvious as the doubling of the sitting Lincoln, 

it's not that I believe I'm right. I'm new to coin collecting. I understand that most of the coins I post will most likely be damaged coins. I assumed that if someone struck the edge of the coin there would be more damage done on the other end of the strike. 

I asked a question. if you're not going to answer the question, don't reply.first of all can't you see the.missing letters also the the die clashes on the steps are very noticeable and the double sitting Lincoln very noticeable also. I asked if anyone knows the value. I know what the errors are on this coin. Simply don't reply

I've got a 1998 D Lincoln Cent DDO DDR strike through error on both obv and rev. sitting Lincoln doubled missing BUS in motto also die clashing on both sides. Anyone know the value on a coin like this?

I've read many posts from newbies that get a sarcastic reply. if you can't be a grown man without your unwanted sarcasm. So many of you out there that seem to be waiting for newcomer to come along just to play along with the other boys. I'll fingld a group that's willing to be helpful without the BS.

BTW I wanted to find if receiving the correct info. How am I supposed to learn from people who don't know exactly what they reply. Or possibly you know exactly what certain coins are but you'd rather not be as helpful to beginners as you imply. just researching which one are truly helpful or just enjoy being sarcastic . I've gotten that quite a bit for trying to gain knowledge.

You guys post the same thing to newbies. Don't get me wrong, not everyone finds an error coin. I recently posted a pic of a strike through wheat cent. every reply was the same thing. Come to find out, it was an error coin. Not a single person suggested that it could possibly be an error coin. Another error quarter I posted was the same reply. I coin deal dealers or a coin dealers son gave me the error info and everyone on here stated  that the guy was uneducated and didn't know what he was talking about. some even called him a liar. you people need to be reported

does the mint inspect every single coin individually? No they don't. research it and you will find that they dont. it's a planchet error

If someone struck it, how is it that only one side of the edge is damaged. That's a firm strike. wouldn't there be damage to other side of the edge also?

like I stated, I'm a newb to coin collecting. I was under the assumption that questions are encouraged by newcomers. My lack of proper terminology is obviously due to the fact that new to coin collecting. I little help would be nice. planchet strike through edge rim error is the terminology that was given by the coin dealer. Many of you stated the impossibility of the errors on my coin. I was given picture example of such errors, which almost identical to my coin. I guess the coin dealer was giving me false information. 

Is this a striking error or a damaged coin. I'm new to coin collecting and I'm familiar using myself with different striking errors. I'd greatly appreciate some feed back.
