It does have a rotational error as well but my main emphasis was on. The die crack. I'm not concerned with the grading on these coins I found these in circulation and they are for my personal collection but how can you be proud of something like this... I'm embarrassed to show anyone.

As I said before, I did, then I was charged an additional $80 that never was explained on the invoice. If I would have known I was going to receive this type of service I would have sent it to anacs.

I've had several coin dealers look at my coins before they were submitted.
All concur.

I sent in a 1913 Buffalo Nickle with a die crack thru five cents lettering and doubling in America and it wasn't labeled and the holder was scratched when I removed it from the box it was shipped in.

Yes, they labeled my one cent mint lamination error, but nothing else I sent in, they even charged me $80 more for something that wasn't even explained...

I submitted a 1942 D over horizontal D into NGC and it just came back with a grade, the error was not recognized.
What steps need to be taken to correct this issue?
Thank you.

Ok so it would be considered a "die clash error"? I was thinking a flip over multiple strike but the mirror image and the light strike threw me off.
My bad, I thought I posted under U.S. coins. Thanks for the info Sandon!
