Would somebody kindly explain the irregularities on this penny, specifically in the area of the word Liberty?

Would this coin be worth grading? What would value be  with/without grading?  

Or is this just another penny?

I found this penny in my pocket today and I am unsure where I received it at. Immediately I noticed a just speaking Russian on the face of the penny and was wondering if anyone could please explain to me in detail what caused it, and if there's any value. I appreciate your help I look forward to your response

Not being a coin collector I have no idea what I'm looking at however I do know that there is a 1947 S penny that is highly sought-after. Can anyone please examine this pemny and let me know if it's anything I should pursue? Thank you in advance have a great night.

I am looking for more information on this coin, specifically the discoloration around the edge. Also any information that you can give me about this one would be appreciated value, if I should get it graded etc.
