    2020 P ASE Rotated Die Strike?

    I recently purchased a 2020 (P) Emergency Production Early Release NGC Graded MS-70 coin.  The reverse of the coin in the holder is rotated but the obverse appears to be lined up correctly. Is there an easy way to tell if the coin has an error or if it is just mounted off center?  The barcode is 6015318-047.
