Hey Lisa,
I will be leaving December 16th and will not be back in country until January 10th 2022
-
My submission was "received" on 11/13 though was delivered a month earlier. I will be out of the country soon and therefore unable to secure it if I receive it back during that time. Simply trying to get an idea of when I might expect the process to finish and when they may be shipped back to my address. They are currently in grading/imaging/encapsulation.

I can't say whether your coin is a VAM-195a or not, but that's not an NGC-eligible variety in any case. Please refer to the table of VAMs NGC will attribute:

Thank you for your response. I have already reviewed the accepted VAMs, However with it being a broken D I was wondering if there was any way to have anything special added to the certification. I have verified that it is VAM195A as it has all the marks and indicators. I understand they won't list this VAM, but, if there is any other way to add something to it I would like to.

Looking to submit, first to conservation and then to be graded and Slabbed. Appears to have been artificially toned and cleaned. I'm positive it is a details coin unfortunately. However I love the fact that I was able to cherry pick this at a local pawn shop. Is there any way to add the attribute of the Broken D to the slab, from my understanding VAM195A is not accepted by you all.

First time I have submitted personally with you all. My coins were delivered to you on 10/19, and I still have yet to see them in submission tracking. Any information would be great about this. Thank you
1787 Connecticut Half Penny (How to submit for NCS and Grading)
in Ask NGC/NCS
Posted
Hey all,
Recently picked up a 1787 Half Penny while in vacation in the UK, Have no idea how to submit it. Certainly will need to go through NCS, but i'm not a member. I am an NGC member though. Unsure of how to submit it on the paperwork. I also have some foreign coinage such as a 1667 Crown I will be submitting but I know that has to be separate, at least I think it does. If I accidentally submit incorrectly will you automatically fix it? or?
Thanks,
