Honestly , there are many same type programs that mimc yours.

Couple of things - I would suggest changing the FOUND column to Date Purchased

and if those boxes on the right if  not self populating from a database they are kind of useless

    in my mind ...

Good Luck and hope you and your family well

I get that there are numerous other programs that can do this. This is only $10 and is a good starter spreadsheet in my opinion. The data must be manually entered, and the sheets are completely customizable (Except the read me tab). But you can filter to see what you have found, bought, and sold. I like the idea of adding a column for Date Purchased & Date Sold.

  2. When my local bank branch stated they were going to close their lobby during the COVID-19 outbreak, I purchased as many rolls as I could from them. They did say I could make an appointment with them to bring remaining coins back to them for deposit.

But now they are closed. Are most people still placing orders with banks? Mine stated they would not be able to. Ebay? Amazon? I've never bought coins/rolls online and I'm a little weary of doing it. But it seems to be pretty popular after reading the forums.

  3. Hi guys,

I've created an Excel spreadsheet over the past few months to keep track of what coins I have found and those that I still need. It includes all years and mintage locations of U.S. coins including: cents, nickels, dimes, quarters, half dollars, and dollar coins. It does not include all varieties, errors, photos, etc. It's a basic database that can be used for any level of collector. There may be others out there, but I decided to create my own and sell it on Etsy and Ebay.

I hope you guys are interested and decide to purchase one. I am struggling with unemployment at the moment due to this stupid virus. The bright side is I've had plenty of time to create this, if not only for myself, maybe others.

You can e-mail/Paypal me at chasejones07@gmail.com. Once I receive payment, then i'll send the spreadsheet and the password file to open it. Below are a couple snapshots:
