    On eBay, offering a large selection of printed population reports from PCGS (1990-2006), NGC (1989-2006) and ANACS (1993-1999). These contain important data that can help determine population of coins over specific time periods, as well as populations of early slab generations, etc. Includes data that predates the current online NGC census data, for example. All reports include US coins, some include World coin data as well. I will pay a 10% cash "rebate" of hammer price to Forum member winners who notify me upon purchase.

    Is NGC now grading medals that are referenced only in Harkness?

    NGC grades medals that appear in certain references (listed here: https://www.ngccoin.com/news/article/2550/NGC-US-WORLD-TOKENS-MEDALS/ ). This list of references does NOT include the Harkness book on Agricultural/Mechanical Society Award Medals. This (link: https://coins.ha.com/itm/expositions-and-fairs/tokens-and-medals/1872-mechanics-and-agricultural-fair-association-of-louisiana-silver-medal-ms62-ngc-harkness-la-20-awarded-to-a/a/1311-5076.s?ic4=GalleryView-ShortDescription-071515 ) is a medal that appears only in Harkness (and not in Julian, Musante, Rulau, etc). Is NGC now grading medals that are referenced solely in Harkness?
