It is definitely raised. I would have loved to got ahold of it in its prime. I found it in some coins I got from my grandfather years ago and finally looked through them.

I add a photo. I've looked around and haven't seen anything similar. Usually the mint mark is over the top of another but this is to the left of it. Just curious to see if anybody has any info on what this could be.
