Ok thanks for taking ure time to look at this.. and I am sending some better pics. On the obverse side it appears to be ground. But on the reverse side the Cooper is still around the rim. But there is no rim. And the print is very weak like it wasn't punched all the way? I would really like to know what it is.. thank you for your time.
