Thanks. Then I won't have the expense of having it graded. I know it's a 79 reverse, but it's not worth the risk of a low grade.
It even shows some signs of wear in the hair, so it looks a bit circulated.

What are the criteria for approving a PCGS coin in the NGC registry?
I have a dilemma. I want to buy a PCGS coin, but I am not buying it until it is accepted into my collection.
If it is not accepted, then I'm not going to spend the money. I could either lose that money or have to go through a refund process.

I have an 1888 P Morgan graded by NGC in MS 65 with the VAMS designation of VAM-16 DDR Wreath. The coin is in my registry, 3542882-011.
It seems that this VAMS designation was changed in 2016. vamsworld does not give any information on whether this is still a VAMS coin.
Can you tell me what might be the registry score for this coin? There is none listed as of now.

A local dealer told me the exact same thing today. Just a newbie learning.
