    2003 D Error? Need some direction

    I am not familiar with the term Dryer Coin? its much smaller than a normal penny. Lighter and there is nothing on the coin at all. I will try to put some better pictures up. And i did post this in the newbie category. 

    So Please explain the term. Thanks. And if its what I am thinking you're saying it is, Then wouldn't the entire outside of the coins be shiny?
