Louis........just put a comment for EACH coin and that should put the top set ranking for you. I was #2 till I did that.  regards, karl

Interesting...since the same pressure and dies are used. Would seem the die would deteriorate with each striking....but it does strike me as odd the second coin struck would be an MS 69. Cheers! 

A few thoughts.........I'd like to know who owned these coins before the auction, how they came about them (all four of them) and who got the money from the auction?  Not only that, but it seems the SECOND produced Type 2 SE was an MS69 and sold for $11,000.  Hence those struck after it would surely grade as 69's or less, correct? Also, who authorized for these "historic" coins to be auctioned off? Wouldn't they have been better off in the Smithsonian or a major coin museum? Seems someone made a LOT of money......and it would be nice to know who.  JMHO (just my humble opinion)

The blue marker coin "description" also has a question mark after it............which means to me that someone WANTS you to THINK it was possibly a Cheerios coin. Go on eBay and look at the coins that specifically say "not a Cheerios coin" when you search for "Cheerios coin."  ;-)

Not a super valuable coin (probably $100-$130 range) so it would be my opinion that it isn't a counterfeit. You can take it to a coin dealer who can examine it and weigh it to verify its authenticity.  Good luck!  

Okay, but this doesn't explain how my set is ranked #2 when it has all the criteria  met that the number one set has, except the signatures on my inserts are in much less numbers. Am I missing something here?  Thanks!  (This is in the 1 ounce palladium eagles 2017 to present.) 

Just wondering why if a set is complete and has the same number of coins/grades/points as the #1 set, it can be ranked lower? Can't sets be tied for first?
