Well I'd like to know a grade after all they are called a grading company NOT an opinion company. 

What is wrong with stating ms66 details with altered color? Icg grades that way! Geez throwing money away with NGC in MY OPINION

ICG WILL AT LEAST GRADE YOUR COIN. EXAMPLE: MS66 altered color.

Ngc uncirculated details altered color  

Can't distinguish between an ms60 or ms70 with NGC. Useless in my opinion!

NGC Does not in my opinion have the worth to charge anyone for grading without assigning a grade. If you send a coin to ICG at least they will place a grade on your coin. Example: MS66 altered color. NGC uncirculated altered color! No GRADE! they suck

Ngc is horrible! I sent in liberty nickels costing me $35 apiece for grading and they take 1 quick look , don't even assign a grade! Just label uncirculated details altered color" my grandfather had these nickels in an old capital holder inside a velvet purple bag , this caused color over 50+ years! All of these nickels would grade ms67 as they are all superb! Now what are they worth?

I wasn't trying to waste anyone's time. Just thought it may have been an older 1892s reverse die reused on a 1906 quarter . 

It's a 1906 I know. But it looked like the reverse of an 1892. It's not a mint mark I've been told.

I've come to the conclusion that its not a mint mark from the fact it's a type 2 and the eagles wing tip protrudes beyond the E. That convinced me.

It's just wierd it would be damage or corrosion to look so much like an S. Moreover its raised above the surrounding field. Thanks for the input and your honest opinion.

Hello can anyone please tell me if this is a mint mark , is it authentic? I know the mm was different shape and sizes for this year. And want to know if its authentic. as I'm not sure it's an S? Over the R.

And if it is' will it be noted on the holder as such?
