  1. I am preparing to send in a 2021 Christa McAuliffe proof for grading and to request the First Release label, of which the cut-off is 4/29.

    My last shipment for grading was not entered into the system for almost two weeks after FedEx showed it was delivered.   My understanding is that submissions are stored in the vault until they can be registered into the system.

    My question is does NGC qualify early designation using the date that the shipment was received or the date when it was entered into the system?

    I ask this because if I look at my submission the date received shows the date it was entered into the system two weeks later.

    Thanks.

  2. I have several Australian coins that came from a set, but without the original box or COA;

    I can't tell if they are business strike or proof.   When I submit the coins for grading, can I leave MS/PF field on the form blank and have the grader determine that?

    Thanks,

    Jaime

  3. I'm fairly new to evaluating coins and have just started to have NGC grade my coins.   Mostly Morgans, and uncirculated coins.

    I purchased 1893 and 1899 25c Barber in a PrAg state and not sure if having them graded would be worth it.   I paid $17 total for both coins.

    The details of the the eagle, shield, and lady liberty are worn smooth, but the outline is clearly stated.

    Any opinions are greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!
