I often see coins in other collectors' registries that I would like to own.  Is there a NGC venue where owners can showcase and solicit their coins or perhaps from a buyer's perspective, another individual can submit an inquiry to the owner about selling?

Sometimes I see coins that other collectors have that I would like to own.  I'd like to see a contact feature within the registry for people to communicate, and inquire about coins potentially for sale.
