I recently purchased a 4-coin set of, 1861 "Confederate Cent Smithsonian "Restrike" Private Issue struck 2011" that are NGC slabbed. 

The grade shown is "Gem Proof" but there is no serial number on the slab.  How do I add these to my sets?  Is there a set for such coins?

Tried doing some research on them but am finding little info and some is conflicting.

Thanks for the input.  That was the clearest photo I could get.  Need a new camera.  Anyway, the doubling is seen on many of the letters on the obverse but not all.  I'll try to get a better photo.  Thanks again.

Have there been any submissions or discoveries of the 2019-W quarters with mint errors?  I have a American Memorial Park quarter that appears to have DDO lettering.
