    Cautious, really? To apply full fee without literally doing anything to the coin is OK for you, but you afraid to crack the holder?

    Agree, they just mark the coins DID NOT CROSS and charge you full price fro literally doing nothing with coin. I agree, they charge you in full without literally doing anything to the coin, just to tell you that your coin has DID NOT CROSS! Terrible experience! Unreliable service!
