It’s not written anywhere, and the only reason I know the answer is from doing it with three forms VERY recently. They will post NOTHING until all have shipped.
I figured but was hoping it wasn't, but I guess I'll have to suffer through the wait! Thanks!

I'm sorry if this is answered somewhere, I've looked through most of the submissions paperwork and webpages along with forums but either I'm using the wrong search criteria.
This is the first time I've submitted multiple submissions across multiple tiers and selected to have them all ship together - I see one is in the Grading/Quality Control and the others are either scheduled or in the "Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging" phase - My question is, if one submissions is totally finished while the others aren't, will the grades be available or do I only get to see the grades once ALL submissions are complete and shipped since I elected to have them all ship together?
Again sorry if this is answered somewhere! Thanks for any response!

Thanks!
I feel like Ive looked at that page 100 times and I’ve guess I always overlooked that one line - Feel like an insufficiently_thoughtful_person now!

So on the services page where it lists the current processing times - If it says 54 days [ex Modern] is that from day of delivery or the day the package is opened and shows on the submission tracker (which by the sounds of it can be 30 days after delivery) making it really 84 days?
EDIT: Not complaining, just wanting to know what date range I should be expecting.

Hard to say. Depends on the collector. I have found modern commem collectors, and proof collectors are not as excited about errors. They like their coins pristine. And this one is a very minor one.
Then again, to the right collector who knows. Trouble wold be, finding that collector. To some collectors it will lower what they would pay.
Did you buy this from the mint. They have a return policy. Too late for this coin. But in the future, any coin you get, immediately go over it with a good magnifier.
I did buy it from the mint, I looked over it but didn’t have a magnifier at the time - It’s pretty hard to notice without looking extremely close so I’m not too bummed out about it.

What was the question it was struck through? If it was a rhetorical question it might be indeterminable.
No, was more just curious on how the small error would effect the value of the coin if I ever decided or needed to sell it. More like if it would be a big loss or if it would sell for around what a non-error 69 would go for.

Hi,
I've never submitted a coin that has come back with any type of error or damage, the 5 oz Apollo proof coin came back with Reverse Struck Thru which I'm assuming is this line that looks like a scratch or wire that got stamped in across the "M" on America. I'm not looking to sell it or anything but just curious if I did eventually sell it does this hurt/help the price of it at all or would it be around the same value of a normal 69 without the error? I know its a newer coin but any comments would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi, I am submitting my first coin to NGC, the 2019-S ERP Silver Eagle. On the submission form packet, there is a form "Consent to Remove Coin(s) from Holder (s)". Am I suppose to complete and sign that form, if my coin is still in the sealed US Mint package?
Also, should I write the Form # and/or Account # on the US Mint package shipping box?
Just want to make sure I complete everything correctly. Thanks!
Is my understanding the consent form is only if it is already encapsulated by another grading company.
On the shipping box you should just write the Service you using (Express/Modern). I've always taped the Invoice/Line number on the mint box inside the package with no issues.

Did you mark that the service was Express on the shipping box? I believe they open those the same or next day and then open the slower services First in basis. I could be wrong though.

Hi,
In the past submissions the Apt/Suite # has been cut off on the shipping label due to being placed on the same line as as the street address which takes up practically the entire line on the shipping label with no room for the Unit # to be printed - The past few times I've had to explain this to the post office to get them to release it after it gets scanned as Undeliverable/Return to Sender since there was no unit # listed and I prefer not to have to do that again.
The submission is #4758111 - I don't know if we could just delete the word Blvd and replace it with My Unit (#114) or if the Unit # can be printed on a separate line on the address label, just let me know if some type of workaround is possible or if i'll need to go to the post office again when this delivers. Its currently scheduled for grading so there isn't a huge rush yet.
Thanks & Regards,
Justin W

Are you referring to the Netflix Movie Coin Heist? Only movie I could find with a theft from the US Mint

They are a little bit behind, in the Ask NGC forum on Monday they posted they were opening mail that was delivered last Wednesday - So your package will probably be entered as received in the next day or so barring holiday hours.

The estimated turnaround times are from when it’s delivered to the facility not the day it gets opened.
How accurate the turnaround times I can’t say.
