I?m so grateful that metal prices are on the rise. It?s easy justifying to my significant other that buying gold and silver coins is an investment (purchase of my (our) Complete American Eagle set). My 2007 goal was to make modest ranking increases throughout the year. As I approach ranking position #10 I realize that it will most likely will be the high point of set. Have you seen the #1 ranked set? GEEZ. I believe its made of the rare metal unattainium. I can?t fathom how an individual could collect such a set. I will continue to collect raw sub-sets, have them graded and add them as I can afford. Hopefully I?ll move into the number #10 position. Sorry number #10 - it?s my goal! I have just submitted for grading a complete series of Proof Silver Eagles, 1986 to 2007 (minus the 1995-W) in order to have a sequential certification numbered set. Will I make number #10 with this set? How many PF69?s, how many PF70?s? I can only hope. I?ll post the results next week. My proofs are in Quality Control..................................
