WE USED TO BE ABLE TO ADD PERSONAL NOTES ABOUT THE PURCHASE PRICE AND PURCHASE DATE, ETC. FOR INDIVIDUAL COINS WITHIN OUR REGISTRY SET. THESE NOTES WERE HIDDEN FROM PUBLIC VIEW. I AM TRYING TO ACCESS THAT PERSONAL INFORMATION NOW ON SOME OF MY COINS AND CAN NO LONGER ACCESS THAT INFORMATION. WHY CAN'T WE ACCESS OUR PERSONAL NOTES RELATING TO PURCHASE PRICE NOW ?

Dear NGC, I own a couple of business strike (NOT SMS) Kennedy Halfs that are very similar in appearance. One of the half dollars garnered a PL designation, the other a STAR. In the eyes of a grader, what differentiates a PL from a STAR in a business strike Kennedy. Both coins are white coins by the way. Thank you.

Many times a business strike Kennedy Half will garner a Star from NGC when it has extraordinary color toning. I recently acquired a 1966 business strike Kennedy that earned a star, although it is pure white. What would the STAR denote here?
