    Congratulations. It appears that you have the only certified DPL state quarter and a TN-P to boot!
    NGC lists PL and DPL coins where they exist. Even PL state quarters are not all that common in the census.
    There are a lot of mint-state state quarters out there and most have not been graded. Only time will tell how rare your coin really is.
